The Child Health Clinic and Immunization Program, located at 425 East Broad Street in Westfield by appointment only, provides free immunizations and physical exams for children birth through 18 years who are uninsured or who have Family Care Plan A and are residents of:

- Cranford
- Fanwood
- Garwood
- Kenilworth
- Mountainside
- New Providence
- Roselle Park
- Summit
- Union
- Westfield
The clinics are staffed by a physician and nurses.
