The Westfield Recreation Department provides recreational opportunities for residents of all ages, abilities, and economical backgrounds. Individuals who would like to participate in our programs and are in need of financial assistance should complete the application below in full. The amount of assistance that is provided to each individual is determined by a grid, using your gross income and size of household.
Payment balances are required to be paid in full, prior to the start of the program.
Financial assistance is limited to $200.00 per season, per household member.
Each household member is eligible to receive aid for up to 2 (two) programs per season.
Financial aid recipients must attend at least 75% of the program to which aid was provided. Failure to attend a min of 75% of the program will result in the denial of future aid requests. Unforeseen circumstances must be submitted to the Recreation Department at the time of the program or in advance.
Programs that have outsourced instructors may not be eligible for financial assistance.
Applications must be submitted in full, including the required documents listed above, and by the deadline, in order to be considered.
