Facility Rental Request

Facility Rental Application Guidelines

  • All requests must be made through Civic Rec. 
  • Requests may be submitted 120 days from rental date for residents, and 60 days from rental date for non-resident. 
  • Requests will not be accepted less than 5 days from rental date. 
  • You will be contacted by Recreation personnel within 3 business days of your application submission. 
  • All approved reservations require the submission of satisfactory evidence of comprehensive liability insurance in the aggregate amount of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit, naming the Town of Westfield and it's employees as the additionally insured.
