Dahn Yoga

A typical Dahn Yoga class lasts approximately one hour and includes: Deep Stretching; Energy Accumulation, Meditation, Brain Wave Vibration, Relaxation and Breathing Exercises. We also offer Healing Tai Chi. Dahn Yoga helps you to develop the full potential of your brain and "tap" its power for healing so it is different from some other forms of yoga. Dahn Yoga helps you connect body and mind, manage weight, relief stress, deeply relax, increase phyical vitality, change habit and speed up recovery. Our Tai Chi is a non-combat form of martial arts called Dahn Mu Do. It embraces a comprehensive system of healing and martial arts that originates from 5000 years of Asian tradition. While many of the forms can be physically challenging, they are gentle enough to be practiced by anyone of any age.

It is a mind-body training method combining martial arts movements with universal energy principles. With DahnMuDo, one will learn to use internal energy rather than the external energy of your muscles.
