CoolVines of Westfield NJ has teamed up with the italian pantry bistro of Cranford NJ to offer an elegant Valentine's Day dinner, Sunday, February 14th at 5pm.

Start with an amuse bouche of italian pantry tuna tartar, followed by Saffron infused popparadelle with sweet pepper braised osso bucco and red wine reduction, pared with Barbera Zerbetta 2007. Continue with a young mesclun salad with wildflower honey vinaigrette pared with Marco Cecchini 2007. Roasted organic chicken with Pomegranate risotto is pared with Ripasso Villa Monteleone 2004, and for dessert red velvet cupcakes with Godiva frosting pared with Muscat Mont Tauch, France.
