Just complete the entry form available at your favorite Westfield business or online at www.westfieldtoday.com. Place your completed form in the special mailboxes located at the corner of Elm Street & E. Broad St. (on the steps of the historic bank building) or on the corner of South Ave. and Summit Ave. between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
Mailed entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per person per week. Must be 18 years or over. Winners will be randomly drawn on December 5, 12, 19, 26 and January 2.
