On Tuesday, September 11, 2001 tragedy struck our nation and nine of our Westfield families when the World Trade Center was attacked and destroyed. All Americans have grieved and shared in the pain and devastating loss of over 5,000 lives.

In response to the outpouring of concern and support for our area families our business community has organized WESTFIELD CARES to assist them. WESTFIELD CARES enables businesses to make tax-deductible contributions of their goods and services to these families via the Westfield Downtown Committee, a charitable 501c3 corporation since 1992. class = "small">
