The Westfield Volunteer Rescue Squad is seeking energetic people to join their rescue squad. Did you ever want to be a part of a team that saves lives every day? Have you ever thought of going into the healthcare field and wondered what it would be like?

When you join the Westfield Rescue Squad you will receive all of the following: Paid training on skills that will last you a lifetime, Student scholarships are available for COLLEGE CLASSES/PARAMEDIC COURSES, ETC., Participation in group term life insurance Worker?s compensation and disability insurance Great experience for those contemplating the healthcare field, Paid Uniform, LOSAP (Length of Service Awards Program, vested after 5 years), Lifelong friendships, Local discounts, participation in dinner dance events, Participation in the Memorial Day Parade and Picnic, And the satisfaction from helping others, which is priceless!

Also, participating in your local town makes a great addition to your resume. You must be at least 17 yrs old to join and hold a current CPR card.
